Instructions:
- Put the strap around your wrist and throw it.
- Make sure the swivel is on the inside of your wrist
- Throw the ball and bounce it on the ground.
- Try to bounce the ball when it bounces back.
For beginners, you may use two hands to catch it.
For More Fun:
- Practise by kicking the ball for soccer. Throw the ball into the air and catch it.
- Use one hand to throw the ball and the other hand to catch it.
- Or be creative and come up with your own game.
